50ml Caru

25ml gin

25ml lemon juice

top up with prosecco/champagne

Crushed ice

Garnished with a slice of lemon

Add Caru, gin, lemon juice to shaker with ice cubes. Shake well and strain over crushed ice, top up with prosecco. Garnish with a slice of lemon.
