Caru Melba

A mouth wateringly delicious treat on a hot summers day - the soft sweetness of the vanilla and peaches brings out the spiced undertones of Caru.

Ingredients:

2 large ripe peaches

Teaspoon of finely chopped fresh ginger

1 cup vanilla ice cream

50ml (or more to taste)

1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

Ice

In a blender mix the ice cream, ginger peaches and ice, slowly add Caru and cinnamon to taste. Pour into an ice cold glass, garnish with a slice of fresh peach, orange or strawberry.
