Mid Winter Caru

Here is a recipe created especially for Caru by one of Manchester’s top up and coming mixologists - Duncan Phillips (Inst @dairyleadunc).

Ingredients:

50ml of Caru

20ml Pedro Ximinez Sherry

25ml Lemon juice

50ml Cranberry juice

Expressed orange peel

Method:

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, add the Caru, Sherry, lemon and cranberry juice. Shake well and strain into a chilled classic cocktail glass. Garnished with an expressed orange peel and enjoy.
